eNet网络采用基于组播网络通信技术,分布式网络管理系统自动监视网络变化及管理过程数据通信,任一eNet网络节点可以随时下线和上线。eNet上所有控制器节点采用基于例外报告式的主动发送机制,由KM950控制器根据数据的变化情况,进行主动地发送。无论有多少台操作员站,控制器只发送一次数据,这种设计大大降低网络负荷和控制器负荷。在设有10台全功能站的DCS中,NT6000分散控制系统网络负荷为传统方式的1/10,而控制器的通讯负荷也为传统方案的1/10,而且随着操作站数量的增加,网络负荷和控制器负荷保持恒定。恒定的低负荷带来的更好的任务确定性和更高的可靠性,同时又提高网络通讯的速度,NT6000分散控制系统的操作响应周期小于700ms,大大优于行业标准2.5s。
可靠性设计和特点
(1)NT6000分散控制系统的核心模件均采用坚固的工程塑料外壳封装,具有良好的散热效果。模件均通过了严格的电磁兼容测试,符合三级标准,局部达到四级标准。能够在现场复杂电磁环境中长期稳定工作。
(2)NT6000分散控制系统控制网络eNet采用对等式工业以太网,构架在两个物理隔离的冗余工业以太网络上,支持冗余环型或冗余星型网络拓扑结构;系统支持8个网络域连接,每个网络域最多连接64对控制器和64个操作站点,所有网络节点间的数据传输不需要通过服务器传递。网络域间通过三层交换机或路由器实现数据安全传输,任意网络域间数据通讯的权限和数据流向均可设置。每个网络设备都具有两个独立的完全隔离的网络接口,冗余网络同时工作,发送的数据在接受端进行数据过滤和冗余处理,如果发生网络切换,切换时间等于零,在数据应用上没有中断和延时,因此,不存在网络冗余切换问题。

Data transmission between all network nodes does not need to be transmitted through servers. The secure transmission of data between network domains is achieved through layer three switches or routers, and the permissions and data flow of data communication between any network domain can be set. Each network device has two independent and completely isolated network interfaces, and the redundant network operates simultaneously. The sent data is filtered and redundantly processed at the receiving end. If a network switch occurs, the switching time is equal to zero, and there are no interruptions or delays in data applications. Therefore, there is no problem of network redundancy switching
Reliability design and characteristics
1) The core modules of the NT6000 distributed control system are all packaged in sturdy engineering plastic shells, which have good heat dissipation effects. All modules have passed strict electromagnetic compatibility testing, meeting level three standards, and locally reaching level four standards. Capable of long-term stable operation in complex electromagnetic environments on site.
(2) The control network eNet of the NT6000 distributed control system adopts an equivalent industrial Ethernet, which is built on two physically isolated redundant industrial Ethernet networks and supports redundant ring or star network topologies; The system supports 8 network domain connections, with a maximum of 64 pairs of controllers and 64 operating sites connected to each network domain.
