0-57669-B冗余控制器采用软硬件容错设计,运行过程中采用控制器同步执行,主控制器允许输出指令的方式,采用创新的例外报告式高可靠性冗余策略,保证任意时刻完成控制器切换,切换时间小于2ms。避免了传统设计中,备用控制器会在冗余切换后不能正常接替工作的问题。

0-57669-B I/O通讯总线具有本地与远程两种通讯模式均采用科远eBus通讯总线,总线通讯速率为3.125Mpbs,为单层多路并行分支结构。每个(对)控制器本地通讯接口最多支持12个I/O分支共96块模件;远程通讯支持最多12个远程站点,每个远程站点最多支持6个I/O分支,总计支持最多24个分支共192块IO模件。0-57669-B单层多路并行分支结构中各分支相互电气隔离,每条分支的电气故障不影响其它分支的正常运行,可靠性更高。



所有的MMI站均为全功能操作站,根据权限可以随时变更为一般操作员站,工程师站,历史站等,所有MMI站均互为热备用。

分散处理单元KM950采用3处理器结构,主处理器和通信处理器采用军工级低功耗Power PC双核芯片,包含32位400MHz CPU核心(具备64位双精度浮点运算单元)和32位200MHz通信核心;冗余IO处理器采用32位100MHz低功耗RISC处理器,因此,具有更强的通讯处理能力和环境适应性

The I/O module of the NT6000 distributed control system is powered by two redundant DC power supplies, both of which are sent to the I/O module. The two power supplies are switched in the I/O module, and the transmitter is powered by an independent redundant power supply module, fully achieving hazard dispersion.
