在0-57C402-C中,设计了直观易懂的系统诊断画面,将每个控制器、I/O卡件、操作员站的自诊断信息进行收集,集成处理和显示。一旦出现风吹草动,系统诊断画面将直接指出出现问题的部件,引导维护人员进行维修。故障的过程都会产生详细故障记录,便于事后分析。

易用性设计和特点

  (1)0-57C402-C采用分布式透明数据库设计,数据库分布在每只KM950控制器中,通过eNet网络协议和数据接口被应用程序直接访问,不存在管理系统全局数据库的过程。

  对于使用者而言,可以直接使用KM950控制器的所有数据,而不必关心网络协议和接口程序的冗余校验、压缩等数据处理过程。网络协议和接口程序不需要做任何设置工作,是完全透明和易于理解的,对0-57C402-C控制器进行组态或组态修改的过程就是建立和修改该分布式实时过程控制数据库的过程。分布式透明数据库仅仅依赖0-57C402-C控制器而存在,通过网络直接传送到操作站,没有任何的中间环节。数据通讯的可靠性和传输速度都优于服务器结构的DCS。



NT6000分散控制系统的I/O模件供电采用两路冗余直流电源均送到I/O模件,在I/O模件中实现两路电源切换,变送器供电采用独立冗余电源模块,充分做到危险分散。

 具有专利技术的分布式SOE系统,任一IO分支下的DI模块(包括远程分支)的任一通道均可配置为SOE通道。任一SOE通道触发模式可以选择上升沿、下降沿、双边沿三种模式。eNet网络上所有KM950节点间SOE分辨率<1ms。

 在大型复杂系统中,DCS的管理往往随着规模的增大变得困难,虽然各个模件都设计了自诊断功能,但是缺乏直观有效的管理界面,只有在两只冗余部件全部损坏之后,才会引发有后果故障,因此自诊断界面的设计也直接关乎DCS的可靠性。



The NT6000 adopts a distributed transparent database design, with the database distributed in each KM950 controller and directly accessed by application programs through eNet network protocol and data interface, without the process of managing the system's global database.

For users, they can directly use all data from the KM950 controller without worrying about data processing processes such as network protocol and interface program redundancy verification and compression. The network protocol and interface program do not require any setup work and are completely transparent and easy to understand. 



In NT6000, an intuitive and understandable system diagnostic screen was designed to collect, integrate, process, and display the self diagnostic information of each controller, I/O card, and operator station. Once there is any disturbance, the system diagnostic screen will directly point out the faulty component and guide maintenance personnel to carry out repairs. The process of malfunction will generate detailed fault records for easy post analysis.

A distributed SOE system with patented technology, where any channel of the DI module (including remote branches) under any IO branch can be configured as an SOE channel. Any SOE channel trigger mode can choose from three modes: rising edge, falling edge, and double-sided edge. The SOE resolution between all KM950 nodes on the eNet network is less than 1ms.

In large and complex systems, the management of DCS often becomes difficult with the increase of scale. Although each module is designed with self diagnosis function, there is a lack of intuitive and effective management interface. Only when both redundant components are damaged will there be consequences of failure. Therefore, the design of the self diagnosis interface is directly related to the reliability of DCS.
