0-57C405-C分散控制系统具备离线仿真功能,通过虚拟控制器软件,可以在任意一台PC机上同时仿真64个控制器节点,不同的PC机上的仿真控制器间可以相互通讯,同时仿真控制器也可以与真实控制器通讯,功能和网络特性与真实控制器完全一致。虚拟控制器软件具备仿真控制器工况冻结,保存,恢复(回滚)的功能,结合模型软件很容易构成虚拟DCS仿真系统。

0-57C405-C的系统机柜及其中的各个部件,全部采用模块化标准设计, 机柜内部没有任何的手工接线。这样的标准机柜能够进行工厂化生产,以保证更高质量、更短的交货时间和更低的成本。标准机柜配上不同的卡件就能够满足不同项目的需求。



支持在线组态功能,具备多人同时对同一控制器进协同组态能力,允许多人在线进行组态修改和进行控制器及无扰下装。控制器组态更新没有编译过程,新组态在一个控制周期内生效,可以随时修改随时可用,便于参数修改和多人同时进行现场调试。

  在线组态模式下,修改并下装组态页面不会对系统中没有变更的组态、模块参数或控制环路造成扰动(故意打断控制逻辑回路或变更模块参数除外)。0-57C405-C分散控制系统在线下装的最小逻辑单元是一个组态页面,其中最小的组态变更范围是单个功能模块的单个参数。
