维护前的准备工作为提高DCS系统的维护工作水平,下面几点准备工作是必须要做好的:

0-57C408-B 根据设计方案提供的文档资料,了解系统总体设计思路。 需要熟悉DCS系统结构和功能构成, 使自己对系统有一个整体认识。如我公司采用的横河CentumCS系统主要控制站FCS、操作站HIS及控制网络Vlnet三部分组成。

0-57C408-B熟悉系统外部接线 了解各功能模块的控制原理,形成各模块的信息流与控制流概念。结合外部接线图,以功能模块为单元在系统硬件中逐个走几遍,直到能够比较清楚的知道功能控制与信息反馈实际走向。

0-57C408-B了解系统仪表和控制元件信息 结合各仪表的产品使用说明书,熟知各部件如控制器、IO卡件、电源等的指示灯所代表的信息如:工作状态、故障提示。这在硬件设计的自诊断功能日趋完善和普及的现在更为重要,其自诊断信息覆盖了我们在日常维护工作中所需的大部分信息。是系统故障维修的基本入手点之一。



随着工业自动化技术的快速发展,集散控制系统(DCS)在各PVA生产厂家中得到了广泛应用。DCS作为工艺生产监控的重要组成部分,决定着整个生产的稳定与运行,一旦DCS系统出现故障,轻则造成工艺波动影 响产品产质量,重则全线停产。故其保证可靠稳定运行,延长其使用寿命。0-57C408-B对DCS系统性能的发挥和保证生产的连续性、安全性等方面是极其重要的。

This is even more important now that the self diagnosis function in hardware design is becoming increasingly perfect and popular, and its self diagnosis information covers most of the information we need in daily maintenance work. It is one of the basic starting points for system fault maintenance.


2. To improve the maintenance level of the DCS system, the following preparations must be made before maintenance:

2.1 Understand the overall design concept of the system based on the documentation provided in the design plan. It is necessary to be familiar with the structure and functional composition of the DCS system, so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the system. The Yokogawa CentumCS system adopted by our company mainly consists of three parts: control station FCS, operation station HIS, and control network Vlnet.

Therefore, managing and maintaining the DCS system well is an important issue,
