DCS 的维护可分为:

日常维护、预防性维护和故障维护,

日常维护和预防维护是在系统未发生故障所进行的维护。故障维护发生在故障产生之后,往往 已造成系统部分功能失灵并对生产造成不良影响;相反,预防性维护是在系统正常运行时,对系统进行有计划的定期维护,及时掌握系统运行状态、消除系统故障隐 患、保证系统长期稳定可靠地运行,形成定期维护的概念。实践证明,定期维护能够有效地防止DCS 突发故障的产生,形成可观的间接经济效益。

The backup of the system mainly requires two aspects of work:

1) Software backup: including operating system, drivers, emergency startup disk (especially for WinNT systems), control system software, Keycode disk (Centum authorized disk), control configuration database, and ensuring that control configuration data is up-to-date and complete. To address the issue of easy wear and tear on CDs and floppy disks in practical use, it is important to make backups and use backup forms such as portable hard drives, USB drives, and hard drives to ensure the preservation of various software.

2) Hardware backup: For vulnerable and short-lived components and critical components such as keyboards and mice, I/O modules, power supplies, communication cards, etc., appropriate backup should be made according to the actual situation.
